苹果系统升级后，刷新 PubMed 页面会弹出个人中心

这是新版本 Safari 引入的一个 bug，涉及 iOS 18.*、MacOS 15.*、Safari 18.*。

解决方法：请使用“个人”这个用户场景，不要使用自定义的用户场景。
